If you can sign in
- Open the Doey app, or go to https://my.doeyapps.com, and log in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete My Account and follow the confirmation email.
Deletion removes your account access and associated family data, subject to any records we must retain for legal, security, or transaction purposes. This cannot be undone.
If you can't sign in
If you've lost access and can't log in to request deletion yourself, contact support so we can verify ownership and help from there.
